PRIVATE EVENT: COIN-A-VETERAN/HONOR FLIGHT AUSTIN

WRRF is honored to partner with Honor Flight Austin to present challenge coins to the veterans attending this special event in Austin, Texas. Our volunteers will personally present each veteran with a WRRF challenge coin and will also share patriotic American ribbon pins with families and friends in attendance. As this is a private event, volunteers are limited and must complete the liability waiver and media release provided below. For those who are not selected but would like to participate in the next Coin-A-Veteran event, please contact WRRF at 210-802-1917 to be placed on our waiting list.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian or WRRF liaison.

• Registration is required and all volunteers acknowledge the WRRF Waiver/Media release.

• Be in general good health and able to work for a min of 60 minutes.

• Conduct yourself in a dignified & respectful manner at all times.

• Read volunteer orientation guide prior to the event start time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Snacks and beverages provided by Honor Flight Austin

• If the event is cancelled WRRF will make every effort to notify volunteers the day prior.
