Community Partners

Invest in a mission that protects the memory of America’s veterans—and strengthens the Texas communities they once called home.

DocumentRecover military service records and preserve veteran stories.

EducateBuild patriotism and civic responsibility in the next generation.

Your company can help ensure service is never forgotten.

WRRF Community Partners are businesses, corporations, professional practices, and local employers that invest financially or through meaningful in-kind support. Their commitment gives WRRF the resources to preserve veteran graves, conduct historical research, assist families, and deliver patriotic education throughout Texas.

In return, WRRF provides structured brand recognition through our website, digital storytelling, publications, community events, volunteer activations, and selected media opportunities based on the partnership level selected. Recognition identifies the company as a supporter of the mission; it does not constitute an endorsement of the company’s products or services.

This is more than advertising. It is a visible statement that your company stands behind those who served—and the families and communities carrying their legacy forward.

Our partnership promise

Every Community Partner should understand where their investment goes, how it advances the mission, and how WRRF will recognize their commitment.

One partnership supports an entire system of remembrance.

Community Partner funding is directed toward the practical work required to identify, preserve, honor, and advocate for veterans resting beyond federally maintained cemeteries.

01

Cemetery Preservation

Cleaning, resetting, documenting, and maintaining veteran grave markers in community and historic cemeteries.

02

Legacy Research

Recovering service history, identifying unrecognized veterans, and preserving stories for families and the public.

03

Family Assistance

04

Patriotic Education

Connecting students and communities with local veteran stories, service, sacrifice, and civic responsibility.

Recognition opportunities depend on event schedules, publication deadlines, available space, media production, audience relevance, and the final written partnership agreement. Partner logos and materials remain subject to WRRF brand and content approval. Recognition communicates charitable support and does not imply WRRF endorsement of a company, product, or service.

Support does not have to begin with a check.

WRRF also works with companies that provide products, professional services, employee volunteers, equipment, media support, transportation, food, printing, or other resources that directly reduce program costs.

01

In-Kind Donations

Provide materials, tools, equipment, flags, printing, food, transportation, technology, or professional services needed for WRRF projects.

02

Underwrite a cemetery project, educational initiative, family-support need, media production, community event, or county expansion effort.

03

Employee Engagement

Organize a company volunteer day, matching-gift campaign, workplace fundraiser, or skills-based service project with WRRF.
