Submit Documents For Inclusion

If you would like to submit a photo or document for inclusion in this veterans file please email the documents to theWRF@remember4veterans.com. A moderator will review the content and if approved will be uploaded into the Veteran’s legacy file.

Documentation & Verification Policy

The Warriors Remembrance Foundation is dedicated to honoring veterans with accuracy and integrity. To protect the legacy of those who served, all submitted documents must meet the following standards: Proof of Service Required: Any claims of military service, rank, awards, or decorations must be supported by official documentation such as a DD214 or equivalent service records. Verification: All submissions will be reviewed for accuracy. Service timelines, awards, and decorations will be cross-checked against official records when possible. Integrity of Records: Out of respect for our veterans, no unverified or questionable claims will be published. False Submissions: Knowingly submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Any suspected fraudulent submissions will be rejected and, if appropriate, reported to the proper authorities.
