Form Instructions: Please complete all required fields below, then carefully read and acknowledge the Participation Agreement and Waiver. Once finished, click Submit. You will then be redirected to the WRRF Partner Cemetery Map.

From the map, select the cemetery where you would like to volunteer and choose a veteran from the cemetery listing. When you arrive at the cemetery, use the veteran’s GPS locator on the map to find the grave site.
